What you can expect

  • I do my best work in all tasks

  • I respond to emails and messages within 4 hours during the working day

  • I offer recommendations and assistance to make sure all tasks and services in your business are operating smoothly

Hours of operation and holiday schedule

Business Hours

  • Monday - Thursday 9am-5pm CST

  • Friday - 9am-12pm CST

  • I am not available for projects, project requests, meetings, or communications outside of business hours. Most responses from me will be sent during business hours.

Holiday Schedule (Days I’m Out of Office)

Payment Details

  • Payment is due in full at the first of the month or according to the payment schedule. An invoice will be sent to the email address on file. Services stop until payment is complete. An invoice is considered late one day after the date and may incur a late fee. Additional payment details are outlined in your contract.

  • Payment can be by debit or credit card. If you need to use an alternate form of payment, please contact allistervas@gmail.com.

  • If you wish, we can set up auto pay.

Task Completion

  • Most jobs/tasks are completed within 48 hours. We will keep communication clear about whether or not the job will be able to be completed in the requested time frame.

Meetings and calls

  • General Admin Clients: Every client has a standing weekly 20 minute meeting to keep us both up to speed on everything going on in your business. This call is done via Zoom.

  • For Dubsado Setup Clients: We will have a strategy call and an offboarding call, to be completed on the agreed upon dates via Zoom.

  • We can communicate throughout the week via email, Slack, or Google Voice (256.361.9832).

confidentiality

  • I adhere to a strict confidentiality code, and information will not be divulged to third parties. I take your privacy very seriously, and I use the highest level of internet security. Additional confidentiality measures are outlined in your contract.

  • Any sensitive information is destroyed immediately after use/completion of task.

  • From time to time, I may outsource a task to be completed. Any subcontractors I employ must sign a confidentiality contract.

referrals

  • Referrals help me gain new clients and YOU get a cut of the action. For each referral that signs on with AVAS and mentions your name, you receive 10% off your next month of services!!
