Hi, I’m Shavavian (sha-vay-vee-an), founder of Allister Virtual Assistant Services. I’ve always been wired for organization. Schedules, details, punctuality, and keeping things in order have always come naturally to me. I’m the person who shows up to the movie theater early, even knowing there will be 20 minutes of previews, because being prepared simply feels better than being rushed.
I realized that the skills I had carried naturally for years — organization, follow-through, administration, structure, and attention to detail — were not just useful; they were valuable. After three years of experience as an administrative assistant, I knew I had both the skill and the heart to build something of my own. What began as a personal search for clarity and purpose became a business with deeper meaning.
